The Arborg & District Health Centre, a sixteen bed facility, offers full laboratory and x-ray services. Longer term health care is available in its attached 40 bed Personal Care Home.

Arborg's extensive health and social services also including Manitoba Health & Family Services Office, Dental Clinic, Denturist, Optometrist, Physiotherapist, Assisted Living Facility, and Therapeutic Massage Services.

Quality of life is an important part of Arborg's development that has created a beautiful, secure place to live, and gives peace of mind to the local residents. To assist in maintaining the public health of residents and visitors, emergency AEDs are placed at the following locations: Arborg Bifrost Arena, Noventis Credit Union, Interlake Co-op Food Store, Viking Motors, Arborg Bifrost Fire & Emergency Services, Arborg Legion, Vidir Machine, and Diemo Machine.

Service Canada provides personal service every second Thursday of the month in Arborg from 10 AM to Noon, and 1 PM to 3 PM.

Services include: Social Insurance Numbers, Canada Pension Plan, Passport Applications (pick-up and general enquiries only), Old Age Security, Apprentice Incentive Grant, Employment Insurance, Canada Learning Bond, Pleasure Craft License, Canada Education Savings Grants and other Government of Canada Programs & Services.
